OKA CHEESE
The Oka cheese may be frozen. To freeze your cheese as a whole or in part simply follow these instructions :
Place the wheel (in it's original paper packing or in aluminum foil) into the freezer.
Your product will then keep for several months retaining it's delicious taste.
It is very IMPORTANT to thaw out your cheese in the refrigerator.
By keeping your cheese inside the refrigerator for a length of time you will add to the ripening process and deepen its flavour.
